If a download fails, first, try clearing your browser’s cache and deleting cookies. If that doesn’t work, follow the quick troubleshooting steps below.
- Check your internet connection: Ensure internet connection is stable. If the connection is weak or intermittent, it may interrupt the download process.
- Try a different browser: If the download fails in one browser, try another browser and see if the issue persists. Some browsers may have better compatibility.
- If your internet connection is unstable, you could try using a download manager that helps to manage and optimize the downloading process. They often support features like pausing and resuming downloads, splitting downloads into multiple parts for faster speeds, and automatically retrying failed downloads.
When reaching out to our customer support team for assistance, please be sure to include the following details to make the troubleshooting process as fast as possible:
- The device & headset you are using
- The browser or player you are using
- The specific scene and format you attempted to download
- Have you already tested your internet connection?

*Note: When contacting Customer Support, please provide the title of the scene you’re having trouble with. The more details you can provide to Customer Support, the less messages you will exchange. It will also take less time to resolve the issue.
If your login details are no longer working, you can retrieve your login details by clicking Forgot Your Password? on the BabeVR login page, directly beneath the Log In button. If you are still encountering problems, you can contact our customer support team. Please provide a screenshot of the error message.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to the support page and clicking the "membership cancellation" link.
You can leave a message using the dedicated form, one of our agents will get back to you in less than 48 hours. Please provide as much information as you can, in order to help them to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
